This is a fixed term contract up to 12 months.
Purpose of this role To provide timely and accurate HR administration across the Group that delivers right first time, exemplary customer service and meets SLAs.
Your key responsibilities are To provide a comprehensive administrative service across all HR processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail together with compliance to process and required SLAs, as directed by the HR Hub Team Leader.
To work in partnership with the Resourcing Team to produce accurate contracts, offer letters and all other onboarding documentation in a timely manner that meets SLA requirements.
To work in partnership with the HR Advisors and HR Business partners to produce HR correspondence and documentation for employees as required.
To provide effective and timely first line response to telephone and electronic queries, enabling effective resolutions and excellent customer service.
To provide an auditing and data cleansing service and management information reports to the wider HR team and management as required, to enable accuracy of data in the HR system.
To provide fit for purpose data and documentation for effective management and control of various processes throughout the employee lifecycle including sickness, maternity and paternity, changes to terms and conditions and leaver procedures.
To advise employees and managers on the HR Information System including resolving or supporting the resolution of problems related to the operation of the system.
Apart from the duties summarised above, we retain the right to include other reasonable duties which are part of, and incidental to this type of work as deemed appropriate by the Shared Services Team Leader or other members of the HR department.
Qualifications Minimum of four GCSEs, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
Experience/Knowledge Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of confidentiality and the ability to deal with sensitive information.
Able to work to deadlines and Service Level Agreements whilst ensuring compliance to processes.
Strong knowledge and previous experience of working with databases and Microsoft Office.
Abilities/Skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy levels, both when using databases and compiling documents.
Clear and articulate communicator both in writing and verbally, to assist colleagues at all levels of the business.
Good initiative to manage own workload and solve problems.
Positive, can-do attitude to ensure high levels of customer service.
Desirable A Levels or equivalent.
CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Practice or equivalent.
Experience of working in HR.
Experience of using an HR Information System.
Knowledge of data protection, including GDPR.

Your key responsibilities are Month End Reporting.
Support the month end processes.
Ownership of a selection of Business areas / cost centres, to include indirect cost of sales and overheads and where applicable, margin and per project analysis.
Review and comparison to budget and expectation of actual performance, both in the month and year to date.
Preparation and posting of journals which comply with our internal controls

Insight and Analysis.
Support processes to deliver insight and analysis regarding key areas of business performance.
Monitoring KPIs, understanding any deviations from expectation and, where required, engaging other members of the Finance team and wider business, in identifying and implementing remedial actions.
Supporting business engagement to ensure maximum value from business unit/department level relationships.
Gathering information from the business as required, to provide to the Commercial finance / Corporate finance teams, to enhance the accuracy of reporting and to feed into models.
Support monthly internal review procedures to enhance BUUK Senior Management understanding of business performance, including development of material and agenda for monthly Finance Review (Management Accounts) meetings.

Qualifications Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
Experience/Knowledge Experience of management accounting / business partnering, with a proven track record in delivering results on time, and in building and maintaining relationships at a variety of levels.
Abilities/Skills Competent user of excel with experience of reviewing and interpreting spreadsheets which may have a variety of different formulas in use.

GTC, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Post Award Programme Lead who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.
Purpose of this role To provide technical administrative support for a dedicated GTC Region to work with the Senior Project Manager for the area to deliver all off site / post award programmes to the customer and ensure that all delivery dates are made / amended in line with the programme.
Working closely with the SPM and the Nominated Designer to deliver a seamless post award product to the market.
Your key responsibilities are Responsible for post award programme management for all new awards using approved programme templates and in compliance with company procedures.
Organise and attend internal post award meeting within 48 hours of acceptance of the new GTC project.
Maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
Organise and attend the external post award meeting within 1 week of customer acceptance including the Senior PM and Lead Designer for the project.
Prepare the draft programme for the off site / enabling and post award activities and issue to the customer within one week of the first post award meeting.
Organise and attend the follow up post award meetings with the customer as agreed / required to meet the project delivery dates.
Take note of all actions arising from the meetings and reflect them in the project programme.
Issue bi-weekly programme updates to the customer and internal project team.
Chase missing information from the customer or advise on delay to the programme.
Internal stakeholder management for the various utilities make sure people are delivering on time for the project, chase and escalate where appropriate.
Weekly meetings with the internal Legal team to monitor progress on all legal transactions within your project portfolio.
Issue variations to the contract to the customer where applicable.
Liaise with Senior Project Manager to assist with contractual changes and to ensure all relevant information is updated real time.
Prepare the pricing or source the pricing of contractual variation orders and be responsible to assist the Senior Project Manager in customer liaison in matters where contractual change is identified.
Produce reports to management on progress of current projects.
Perform other ad hoc office duties which are classified as non-critical but can be achieved when time permits depending on the other activities, together with any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager or Senior Project Manager.
