Day Shifts: 7am-3pm
Evening Shifts: 3-11pm
Overnight Shifts: 11pm-7am

Job Description
The Resident Services Assistant provide pro-active dietary, housekeeping, and med pass services support for Lakeview Residence, performing a variety of functions with the ability to handle multiple priorities. This position is responsible for various tasks including medication administration monitoring, cleaning, stocking, preparing meals as well as resident observation & documentation. This position must be willing to work flexible hours, such as during an emergency situation and must be patient and tolerant towards residents, staff, and family members while also providing good communication to the community and fellow employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Provide for the safety and supervision of all residents.
2) Provide a clean work area.
3) Correctly monitor resident self administration of medication & treatments per MAR & company policy.
4) Document safety and well-being checks on residents during shift.
5) Follow defined food & safety codes as well as infection control procedures.
7) Handle emergencies as they arise, notifying appropriate staff.
8) Assist other staff as directed.
9) Cleaning of facility common areas.
10) Participate in facilities in-service training program.
11) Adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in manual.
Qualifications:
Preferred 6 months related experience, preferably with an MI / CD living facility.
Med Pass and CPR certified preferred.
Willingness to accept supervision
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Pay: $16.25 - $16.75 per hour
