    The Role: You will receive existing CAD drawings from your customer base and use your Tooling experience to engineer models for testing.

    Ensure the product and process area is always evolving in a state of continuous improvement, to allow our product to meet the challenges of the customers advanced designs and market differentiation.

    Apply your comprehensive understanding of production planning, control and basic manufacturing systems in order to reduce product related scrap and rework through root cause analysis.

    Troubleshooting manufacturing problems and undertaking root cause analysis with a good understanding of CNC machining, CAD and/or 3D modelling essential.

    Preferred Skills: Previous experience as a Tooling Engineer, Toolmaker or similar absolutely essential.

    Tooling design and/or CAD experience useful.

    Proficiency in using CAE tools for CNC machining, CAD, and 3D modelling.

    Degree/HNC or equivalent in Engineering discipline plus 4 years applicable engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage Facilities and Infrastructure Projects through RIBA stages 17. Coordinate consultants, design teams, Principal Contractors and Principal Designers. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, milestones, dependencies and critical paths . Manage procurement, Purchase Requisitions, Business Cases and budgetary control . Identify and manage project risks, quality, cost and schedule , implementing mitigation actions. Ensure compliance with CDM, Health & Safety, building regulations and applicable legislation . Conduct CDM inspections , produce reports and follow up corrective actions. Manage Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Permits of Work.   • We're looking for a Senior Bids & Proposals Officer to join our Training team, where you'll lead and coordinate bids and proposals for UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) training programmes. This is a varied role that combines project coordination, stakeholder management and proposal development, ensuring bids are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
