We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team of employee-owners at our Seneca, SC location.
Responsibilities will include:
Interviewing for entry-level hourly positions
New employee orientation and onboarding
Maintaining training and personnel files
Timekeeping
Work comp administration
Safety program administration
Facilitating employee ownership committee and activities and other duties as required
Candidates with experience in the following areas preferred:
HR Generalist background
Industrial or Manufacturing Experience
ADP payroll/HRIS system
Position to work onsite
Salaried position with hours to meet needs of the facility and the employees on shifts (24x7). Work with Plant Manager to find a good fit.
We are seeking to add a qualified Machine Maintenance Technician to our team at our Princeton, MN location. Requirements: Candidates must have mechanical aptitude and required skills and experience in: Welding, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, and 3 Phase Knowledge of industrial hydraulics or electrical control diagnostics and repair preferred. Plastic injection molding background a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: Repair of hydraulic valves, cylinders, pumps, and electrical components. Diagnosing and preventive maintenance on injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment. Must have mechanical experience to apply! Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Work Location: PRINCETON, MN *Pay is based on experience and qualifications.* Day shift hours with overtime 40+
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING TECHNICIAN We are seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Technician to join our team at Plastic Products Company at our Princeton, MN location. Responsibilities: Candidates must have strong background in injection mold tooling and resins. Scientific molding experience and training are a plus! Be mechanically inclined Responsible for starting and testing tools and resins Trouble shooting molds, establishing processes Must have automation and robotics experience Working with other departments and customers. Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing: 1 year Plastics injection molding: 1 year Work Location and Shift: In person 2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm + additional shift differential for wages 2nd Shift: 3:00pm -11:00pm 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities
