This role will blend clinical nursing skills with specialized oncology knowledge and strong patient support and education functions. Requirements Responsibilities: Manage pre-treatment assessments, including labs, vitals, symptom checks, and physical assessments as part of the process for preparing for clinic visits. Prepare patient charts for clinic visits. Conduct assessments of patient condition and treatment tolerance during clinic visit.
